1. Appointments & Cancellations

We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full service amount.
We reserve the right to require a deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits may be applied toward your service but are non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled late.

2. Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other forms of payment as noted at the salon.
Service prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Service Guarantee

We want you to love your look. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Products purchased are final sale unless defective.

4. Liability

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you may be asked about allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. We are not responsible for any reactions if such information is not disclosed.
